The founder, Alejandro 'Alex' Garcia, is a Civil Engineer in the Philippines and has over fifteen years of experience  in construction. His projects involved residential constructions and renovations  and commercial buildings such as banks, office buildings and schools.

When Alex came to Canada, he studied engineering technician and started his own construction business in 2009.
